Choc Peanut Butter Slice

Ingredients
For the Base:
1 cup dates (soaked)
1/2 cup Mayver’s Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
Pinch of Salt
For the Centre:
3/4 cup Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
Pinch of Salt
For the Topping:
100g dark chocolate
Chopped peanuts
Method
- Add base ingredients to a blender/food processor and blend until combined and a thick dough forms.
- Press into a lined baking tin. Set aside in the fridge.
- Make centre by adding ingredients to a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.
- Whisk together and pour over base. Leave in the fridge to set.
- Once set, melt dark chocolate and pour over the top. Sprinkle on the chopped peanuts.
- Put in the fridge to set before slicing.
