Choc Peanut Butter Bircher

1/2 cup rolled oats (or quinoa flakes)
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp cacao powder
1/3 cup coconut milk
1/3 tsp greek yoghurt
1/2 tbsp Mayver’s Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries


  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, cacao powder, coconut milk and Greek yoghurt in a bowl. Leave to soak overnight, or for a minimum of an hour. If required, add a splash more coconut milk.
  2. When ready to serve, stir through the peanut butter and top with the strawberries.
