Choc-Hazelnut Praline Balls

Ingredients
For the Inside:
150g roasted hazelnuts
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
3 tbsp Mayver’s Hazelnut, Cashew & Cacao Butter
3 tbsp maple syrup
For the Coating:
75g chocolate, chopped
1 tsp coconut oil
3 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped
Method
- Add the hazelnuts (keep at least 20 hazelnuts for the centre) into a food processor and blend until chopped into fine pieces.
- Add Hazelnut, Cashew & Cacao Butter, vanilla, maple syrup and salt and blend until the ingredients start to stick together.
- Roll into small bite-sized balls, insert one hazelnut in the centre
- Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate together with the coconut oil. Stir in chopped hazelnuts.
- Add the balls into the melted chocolate and coat on all sides.
- Place in the fridge to set for an hour.
