Choc, Hazelnut & Banana Pancakes
Time: 10mins | Serves: 4-5
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3/4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 ripe banana, mashed
2 tbsp Mayver’s Hazelnut, Cashew & Cacao Butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 tbsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp brown sugar or maple or any plant syrup
1 cup mix of plain and wholemeal flour
- Simply place all your ingredients in a bowl, and mix well until fully combined.
- Pour desired amount of batter onto a hot pan, and flip when surface starts to bubble.
