Choc Drizzle Protein Balls
Time: 10mins | Serves: 8-10
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup Mayver’s Protein Peanut Butter
1/3 cup honey (pure maple syrup or rice syrup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Add all ingredients into a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are combined. You should have a soft, and pliable dough. Roll into balls.
- In a bowl, heat 3 tablespoons of peanut butter and 2 teaspoons of maple syrup in the microwave until runny then drizzle it onto the protein balls.
- Refrigerate until set, at least an hour.
- Move to container to keep fresh. Eaten best straight from the fridge, but are stable at room temperature if you want to take them on the go.
