Choc Chip Pancakes with Sweet Choc Tahini sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour (I used half oat & buckwheat)
- 1/2 banana sliced
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp granulated stevia
- 1 tsp Maca powder
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Small handful cacao nibs
Sweet Choc Tahini Sauce
- 2 tsp Mayver’s Hulled Tahini
- 1 Tbsp rice malt or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 tsp sugar free drinking chocolate or cacao
Method

This healthy vegan recipe was provided by this month’s Taste Tester @healthyeating_jo
- Blend all in a blender until smooth except cacao nibs. Cook in some coconut oil and pour a ladleful of the mixture to desired pancake size.
- Sprinkle cacao nibs on to each pancake whilst cooking before the mixture starts to bubble.
- Flip once bubbles appear and repeat on the other side.
Tahini Sauce
- Mix ingredients well & pour over pancakes
