Choc Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Mayver’s Peanut & Coconut Spread
- 1/2 cup Mayver’s Peanut & Cacao Spread
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup gluten-free self raising flour
- 1/4 cup quinoa flakes
- 1/8 cup milk of choice
- 1 egg (or chia egg)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup dairy-free/vegan choc chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
- Stir in peanut butters, egg and vanilla
- Add in the milk and stir to combine (the mixture may require more milk if not soft enough)
- Roll into balls (the mixture should easily stay together and look quite smooth and shiny!)
- Flatten the balls and place onto a lined tray
- Bake for 15 minutes and set aside to cool
