Chia, Blueberry, Coconut and Mint Iceblocks

Ingredients
Another delicious, healthy, pure-state recipe idea from your friends at Mayvers!
- 1 cup plain coconut yoghurt
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 3 tbs Mayvers purestate Chia Immune Spread (discontinued: use Mayver’s Almond and Chia Spread instead)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- Handful of mint leaves chopped superfine
*we like to use Coyo Coconut Yoghurt
Method
- Place the yoghurt, coconut cream, banana and Mayvers purestate Chia+ Immune Spread in a blender and process until smooth and frothy. Pour half into a small jug and set aside.
- Add the blueberries and mint to the remaining mixture in the blender and process until smooth and fluffy.
- Divide the plain banana and coconut mixture between then pour over the blueberry and mint mixture.
- Place in the freezer until set. These lil babies will keep in the freezer for 4 – 5 days.
