Banana Oat Tahini Smoothie

Ingredients

2 bananas
1 cup rice milk
1/4 cup water
4 tbsp ground raw oats
3 tbsp ground flaxseeds
3 tbsp tahini

Method

Blend it all together.  Add more rice milk if you don’t like it too thick.
