Blueberry & Banana Baked Oats

200g rolled oats
500ml milk
1 egg, beaten
1 ripe banana, mashed
2 tbsp Mayver’s Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter⁣
250g blueberries
1/4 cup almonds, chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Greek yoghurt, to serve



  1. Preheat oven to 180c.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, milk, egg, banana, almonds, cinnamon, baking powder and vanilla extract. Stir until combined. Add blueberries and gently fold in.
  3. Pour mixture into a baking dish and bake for 40mins, or until top is golden.
  4. Serve with greek yoghurt and enjoy!
