Avocado and Tahini Dip

Ingredients
2 avocados (ripe)
1 lemon juice
1 tbsp Mayver’s Hulled Organic Tahini
3 tbsps olive oil
1 tsp crushed garlic
salt
pepper
2 tbsps mints (chopped)
2 tsps mixed spice
Method
Scoop the flesh of the avocado into a food processor with the lemon juice, tahini paste, olive oil and garlic, salt and pepper and the mint leaves.
Blend until smooth.
Scrape into a bowl, garnish with the mixed spice and drizzle with olive oil.
