Almond Butter Snow Men

2 cups of pitted dates

dash of water

2 heaped tbsp of protein powder

1/4 cup of Mayvers Smunchy Almond Butter


  1. Add the dates and water into a high speed blender or food processor.
  2. Blitz until dates clump together, then add Mayver’s Smunchy Almond Butter and the protein powder.
  3. Blitz until combined. Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture into your hands and roll into a ball.
  4. Roll in coconut if desired. Repeat for the rest of the mixture.
  5. To create the snowman, make one large, medium and small ball for each snowman and stack them on top of each other from largest to smallest. Store in the fridge.
