Ingredients
- 1 cup blanched almond meal
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 cup Mayver’s peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in one big bowl
- Form cookie shapes with dough and bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 170°C.
