Spicy Sweet Potato and Tahini Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 cup cooked sweet potato mashed
- 2 Tbsp Mayver’s Tahini
- 2 Tbsp tamari
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 190C.
- Combine all ingredients together, form into patties, and bake for 15 – 20 mins.
- Create your burger, I added pan fried mushrooms, eggplant babaganoush, tomato, avocado, spinach & rocket, on a sesame seed bun.
