Spiced Tahini and Lentil Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 cup red split lentils
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Mayver’s Tahini
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp Berbere Spice Mix
Method
- Place your lentils into a saucepan along with 1 and a 1/2 cups of water.
- Bring to a boil, then turn down the heat, and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until just cooked through. Let them cool.
- Add the lentils and the rest of the ingredients into a blender or food processor, and mix until it reaches your desired consistency.
