SWEET POTATO TAHINI CHIPS

Ingredients

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 3 tabs coconut oil
  • Rock salt
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika or Sumac

Method

  1. Thinly slice the sweet potato and lay it on a baking tray*
  2. Gently rub the oil onto both sides of the potato
  3. Sprinkle Paprika, Salt and Pepper over the top
  4. Place in over at 150 deg for approx 30 – 45mins until semi-soft
  5. Turn up the heat to 250 deg for approx. 10 min to crisp the edges
  6. Serve with our Mayvers Tahini Sauce
  1. NOTE
  2. For best results remove the skin and ensure that the potatoes aren’t overlapping otherwise they won’t crisp up. Keep an eye on the cooking time as different ovens will cook the potato faster.
