Choc Mint Bubble Slice

Ingredients
2 cup rice bubbles
1 tsp cacao powder
1 cup dark chocolate
2 tbsp Mayver’s Almond Butter
1 tbsp peppermint essence
Method
- Melt dark chocolate and place half the chocolate in a bowl, stirring in the other ingredients.
- Line a tin with baking paper and firmly press the mixture into the base of the tray.
- Smooth the remaining melted chocolate over the base layer.
- Set in fridge overnight and enjoy!
