Healthy Cookie Dough Fudge

Ingredients
For the cookie dough layer
1 cup almond flour
1 tbsp Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup sugar-free choc chips
A pinch of salt
For the fudge layer
3/4 cup choc, melted
1 tbsp Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
1 tsp coconut oil
Method
- Combine all the ingredients for the cookie dough together and mix well.
- Scoop into silicone muffin liners and press down slightly. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Microwave the fudge ingredients until just melted, mix well then pour over top the cookie dough layer. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
