Tahini Falafels

Ingredients

Falafels

1 can of Chickpeas ⁣

1 tbsp Mayver’s Hulled Tahini ⁣

2 cloves of garlic ⁣

1 brown onion ⁣

1 tbsp ground cumin⁣

1 tbsp ground coriander⁣

1/2 cup fresh parsley ⁣

1 cup of spinach⁣

3/4 cup of chickpea flour⁣

Juice of 1/2 a lime⁣

Salt and pepper ⁣

Sesame seeds optional*⁣

⁣Tahini Dressing

1 tbsp Mayver’s Hulled Tahini ⁣

Juice of 1/2 a lime⁣

Salt and pepper ⁣

Method

Falafels

  1. Blitz all ingredients in food processor until well combined. ⁣
  2. Roll the falafel mix into balls and roll in the sesame seeds.
  3. Fry in a frying pan until brown on each side. ⁣

⁣Tahini Dressing

Mix the juice of 1/2 a lime, 1 tbsp of Mayver’s Hulled Tahini, 5 tbsp of water, salt and pepper.
