Tahini Falafels

Ingredients
Falafels
1 can of Chickpeas
1 tbsp Mayver’s Hulled Tahini
2 cloves of garlic
1 brown onion
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp ground coriander
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1 cup of spinach
3/4 cup of chickpea flour
Juice of 1/2 a lime
Salt and pepper
Sesame seeds optional*
Tahini Dressing
1 tbsp Mayver’s Hulled Tahini
Juice of 1/2 a lime
Salt and pepper
Method
Falafels
- Blitz all ingredients in food processor until well combined.
- Roll the falafel mix into balls and roll in the sesame seeds.
- Fry in a frying pan until brown on each side.
Tahini Dressing
Mix the juice of 1/2 a lime, 1 tbsp of Mayver’s Hulled Tahini, 5 tbsp of water, salt and pepper.
