DIY instant choc shell
Time: 5 Mins | Serves: 4
Ingredients
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 heaped tbsp Mayver’s Protein Plus Peanut Butter
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
2 tbsp maple syrup or natural sweetener of choice (or to taste)
Serve with ice-cream of choice
Method
1- In a bowl, melt coconut oil and mix through peanut butter.
2- Add cacao powder and chosen sweetener and combine well.
3- Mixture will harden when it cools down, keep room temp/ warm until ready to serve.
4- Serve ice cream with a generous drizzle of ice magic on top. The mixture will harden when it hits the cold ice cream.
