Sunflower Super Snack

Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- 4 cherrie tomatoes
- Handful baby spinach
- 3 tbsp cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp Mayvers Sunflower Spread (discontinued: use Mayver’s Hulled Tahini)
- tsp dukkah
- tsp sumac
- 4 crispbreads (ie. Ryvita)
Method
- Spread the Mayvers Sunflower Spread across the top of each biscuit.
- Spread the cottage cheese each biscuit.
- Sprinkle with dukkah.
- Lay the spinach leaves down.
- Slice the avocado and place on biscuit.
- Top with cut cherrie tomatoes and a sprinkle of sumac.
- * You can replace the Mayvers Sunflower Spread with either our Mayvers Pepita Spread, Mayvers Black Tahini or Mayvers Hulled Tahini.
