Our fruit spreads are soft set, which makes them different to regular jam that you may have previously purchased as they are slightly more runny.
Because we don't add refined sugar to our fruit spreads, this has an impact on the viscosity. We have made this decision as we wanted a fruit spread that was not only better for you but could also be used for a number of different applications such as on toast, in baking recipes, on top of oats and even in drinks!
