Mayver's

Orders dispatched from our inhouse Mayver's warehouse

We have a new warehouse that is part of our production site here at Mayver's. All the products produced in our production facility are stored and dispatched out from this location to our local and global customers. This includes supplying all the large retailers in Australia, including Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and Independent stores.

Ordering & Dispatch Timelines

All Domestic orders are shipped (Mon-Fri) from our warehouse in Melbourne (excluding public holidays). We do ask for up to 2 working days to pack and dispatch orders in order to manage our large amount of orders.

Domestic Shipping Rates 

  • Standard Shipping on orders $80 and over: Free 
  • Standard Shipping on orders under $80 = $10.00

International Shipping

We are currently not offering international shipping at this time. As we are in testing stage of our new website. Please reach out to us directly for any questions in the meantime we can support with.

Mayver's Returns

Returns are available subject to the following conditions: 

Items received are faulty, damaged or if the wrong product is sent. Returns are not available for change of mind, so please choose carefully. 

Once the parcel is received, we will either refund the cost of the product or send a replacement depending on the concern. 

The following conditions will not be eligible for any refunds or returns

  • The products have been opened or the customer has sampled and does not like the products. 
  • If the customer changes their mind or has made a mistake in their order.
  • The customer did not familiarise themselves with the ingredients or othe product information available on the product page before ordering.

If a refund or exchange is agreed upon, this will only be processed once the original items have been received back to the address supplied by emailing info@mayvers.com.au
