Meal Prep like a Pro

We know that home-made is an important part of healthy eating. But who has time to cook every day? Here are our favourite 4 meal prep tips and tricks to help put together quick and tasty meals that are healthy too.
1. Not a morning person? Prep you brekky with overnight oats! They are super easy and delicious way to have a healthy breakfast without the hassle. Just mix all your goodies together and leave in the fridge the night before. You can also take with it you for an easy breakfast on the go!
2. Snacks are essential! They’re vital to maintain your energy levels throughout the day. So, packing yourself little healthy treats like these healthy fat-bombs are the best way to avoid that 3pm slump.
3. Repurpose your old Mayver’s jars for an easy portable lunch! Just add your dressing on the bottom layer (e.g. mix together Mayver’s Tahini & lemon juice). Then your grains (try a combo of brown rice and quinoa). Next hard veggies, followed by soft veggies. The jars keep everything fresh until you are ready to eat them. Then just shake the contents into a bowl and mix – so simple.
