1 cup Mayver’s Unsalted Peanut Butter
1/3 cup honey
2/3 cup almond meal
crushed pistachios


1️- Mix all ingredients (except for pistachios) & refrigerate for 30 min
2️- Line a tray or plate with wax paper
3️- Roll peanut butter mixture into walnut sized balls. (If mixture is sticking to your hands add a little more almond meal until it stops sticking)
4️- Transfer balls to prepared baking sheet & refrigerate for 15 min then re-roll for perfectly round balls. Or, skip this step if you don’t care about the shape
5️- Coat them in pistachios
6️- Seal in an airtight container and keep in the fridge or freezer. The balls will firm up quickly.
