What's the difference between your N*KED Health Bars and your Low Carb High Protein bar ranges?
Let's break it down... Our N*KED Health Bars are the purest form of bars available in the major supermarkets. All we do is take all of our natural ingredients, crush them into a moist ball, and roll the ingredients into the thickness of our bars. We then simply cut them to size and place them in their wrapper and the outer box.
We do not overly process them, nor bake them - they are truly naked and are the better for you bar option. Our Low Carb High Protein bars are our more indulgent health bars. They have delicious flavoured layers and are enroled in chocolate. They have been created to achieve the best nutrionals in market in terms of lowest carbs, highest protein, lowest sugar etc. All our Low Carb High Protein bars achieve a 5 health star rating. Each bar is 32g in size.

The 7.2g of sugar per bar comes naturally from the ingredients themselves, mainly the dates and a small amount from the dark choc chips. However, we haven’t added any extra sugar, syrups, or sweeteners during production—this is why we can confidently say "No Added Sugar" on the front of the pack.
Our goal with the N*ked Health Bars is to keep them as natural as possible while still being delicious, and we always follow Australian food labelling regulations when making claims like this.

"These bars are the best I’ve found for me as I am gluten and lactose intolerant and they don’t make me feel sick. Great as a snack bar to pick me up after swimming or between my dance classes and you’ll always find a bar or two in my bicycle bar bag.
