Crunchy Almond Raw Carob Cups

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Mayver’s Almond Spread
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup raw carob powder
  • 1 Tbsp rice malt syrup
  • 1/2 cup quinoa puffs (or buckinis will work/anything for crunch)
  • 1 pinch Himalayan salt

Toppings

  • Pepitas
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Coconut
  • Cacao nibs
  • Goji berries
  • White mulberries

Method

  1. In a large bowl, add oil, carob powder, Mayver’s Almond Spread, syrup, quinoa, salt and mix thoroughly.
  2. Pour mixture into silicone moulds or a lined patty tray and sprinkle with desired toppings
  3. Place in the freezer for 15mins to set and enjoy!
