Chia, Blueberry, Coconut and Mint Iceblocks

Ingredients

Another delicious, healthy, pure-state recipe idea from your friends at Mayvers!

  • 1 cup plain coconut yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 3 tbs Mayvers purestate Chia Immune Spread (discontinued: use Mayver’s Almond and Chia Spread instead)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • Handful of mint leaves chopped superfine
    *we like to use Coyo Coconut Yoghurt

Method

  1. Place the  yoghurt, coconut cream, banana and Mayvers purestate Chia+ Immune Spread in a blender and process until smooth and frothy. Pour half into a small jug and set aside.
  2. Add the blueberries and mint to the remaining mixture in the blender and process until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Divide the plain banana and coconut mixture between then pour over the blueberry and mint mixture.
  4. Place in the freezer until set. These lil babies will keep in the freezer for 4 – 5 days.
