Ingredients
150g dark chocolate
300g silken tofu
250g natural coconut yoghurt
2tbsp Mayver's chocolate protein+ peanut butter
2tbsp cocao powder
2tbsp maple syrup
2tsp vanilla extract
1 orange
4tbsp Mayver's double choc fudge low carb collagen protein powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
Method
1. Break the chocolate apart and add to a microwave safe bowl. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second bursts, taking the bowl out and stirring after each burst to get rid of any lumps. Set aside to cool slightly
2. Add the silken tofu, coconut yoghurt, peanut butter, cocao powder, maple syrup and vanilla to a blender. Zest in the orange peel and add a pinch of salt, then blitz until smooth. Add the melted, cooled dark chocolate and the protein powder and blitz again
3. Pour the mixture into a small baking dish or individual ramekins
4. Serve immediately, or leave in the fridge to set overnight if you prefer a thicker texture
5. Top with berries or granola and enjoy!
