Dry Ingredients
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1 scoop white choc vanilla low carb collagen protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Wet Ingedients
3 ripe bananas mashed
1/2 heaped cup almond milk
1 heaped tbsp mayver’s smooth natural peanut butter
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup
Toppings
1 banana sliced
Chia seeds
Cinnamon
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tin
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all wet ingredients and set aside
3. In a seperate bowl, add the dry ingredients and stir together. Add the wet to the dry ingredients (add more milk if too dry) and stir together
4. Transfer to baking tin and top with optional sliced banana, chia seeds and cinnamon
5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through
6. Allow to cool completely
