Tangy Tahini Smoothie

1 cup curly green kale, stems removed.
1 heaping tablespoon Mayver’s Hulled Organic Tahini
1/2 cup water
1/4 avocado, peel removed
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 teaspoons of Mayver’s Honey
1 granny smith apple, cored and peeled
pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup ice


Place the ingredients above into a blender, or good powerful blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
