Tahini and Fruit Balls

Ingredients

1/2 cup Mayver’s Hulled Organic Tahini
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut, desiccated
1/2 cup linseed

1 cup dried fruit (finely chopped your choice figs apricots sultanas dates)
1/4 cup almonds (finely chopped raw)
1/2 cup coconut (extra)

Method

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl – not the extra coconut.

Roll into balls about the size of a walnut, with wet hands.

Roll the balls in extra coconut.

Refrigerate.
