Sunflower Super Snack

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 4 cherrie tomatoes
  • Handful baby spinach
  • 3 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 3 tbsp Mayvers Sunflower Spread (discontinued: use Mayver’s Hulled Tahini)
  • tsp dukkah
  • tsp sumac
  • 4 crispbreads (ie. Ryvita)

Method

  1. Spread the Mayvers Sunflower Spread across the top of each biscuit.
  2. Spread the cottage cheese each biscuit.
  3. Sprinkle with dukkah.
  4. Lay the spinach leaves down.
  5. Slice the avocado and place on biscuit.
  6. Top with cut cherrie tomatoes and a sprinkle of sumac.
  1. * You can replace the Mayvers Sunflower Spread with either our Mayvers Pepita Spread, Mayvers Black Tahini or Mayvers Hulled Tahini.
