Strawberries & Creamy Vanilla Oat Jar

Ingredients

Oats

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup of water

1/2 cup soy milk

1/3 cup chopped strawberries

Chia Pudding

1 tbsp chia seeds

3 tbsp soy milk

Toppings

Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter 

Coconut Yoghurt

Blueberries

Strawberries

Method

  1. In a saucepan over a low to medium heart, combine rolled oats with water, soy milk and cup chopped strawberries.
  2. Stir until the oats become a thick a creamy consistency. Stir in one serving of vanilla protein.
  3. Layer in a jar with a chia pudding (1 tbsp chia seeds & 3 tbsp soy milk), fresh strawberries, blueberries, coconut yoghurt & peanut butter.
