Sesame Snacks

250g sesame seeds

1 cup desiccated coconut

1/2 cup Mayver’s Crunchy Peanut Butter

1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey)

1 tsp vanilla essence


  1. Mix sesame seeds and coconut in a bowl.
  2. Add in the peanut butter, honey + vanilla one at a time, mixing it well.
  3. Mix until everything has come together and the mixture is sticky.
  4. Pour into a lined square tray and press down very firmly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 mins on 180°C. (Check to make sure it’s not burning).
