Satay Tofu

Ingredients

450g block of firm tofu
3 tbsp Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
50ml soy milk
50ml boiling water
1 sprinkle of chilli flakes (optional)

 

Method

  1. Cut tofu into cubes and fry in a little pan. Spray oil until it starts to become golden and take off the heat.
  2. Add PB, sweet chilli sauce and soy into a jug.
  3. Add in hot water and whisk until smooth, then add soy milk.
  4. Add chilli flakes if needed.
  5. Pour on top of cooked tofu. Serve with your choice of sides.
