Red Velvet Protein Pancakes

1 tbsp of Mayver’s Protein Plus Peanut Butter 

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp of simple tribe red velvet latte mix 

1/2 mashed banana

1 egg


  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Once mixed then add in the wet ingredients.
  2. Pour the batter onto a low heat, lightly greased pan.
  3. Once you notice bubbles on the surface of the pancake, gently turn it over and cook the other side.
  4. Stack your protein pancakes with your favourite fruit or ice cream.
  5. Then smother with Mayvers Smooth Peanut Butter.
