Raw Choc Raspberry Freezer Slice
Time: 25 mins | Serves: 6 - 8
1/2 cup pitted dates
2 tbsp Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
1 cup oats
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup milk of choice
4 tbsp raspberry jam
1/4 cup Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
1/4 cup dark choc
1 tsp coconut oil
1.Blend all base ingredients except the milk until meal like. Add enough milk until doughy consistency and press into a lined loaf tin.
2. Spread jam evenly on top of base.
3. Melt all top ingredients and pour evenly over jam.
4. Freeze until set and slice with a hot sharpe knife (run under hot water).
