Quick and Easy Raw PB Slice
Time: 30 minutes | Serves: 12
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 Medjool dates, chopped (seed removed)
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- Add peanut butter, coconut oil, cacao powder, honey, salt and dates in a bowl and combine well.
- Pour into a lined container and sprinkle with peanuts.
- Allow to set in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Chop into pieces to serve, yummy!
- Store in the fridge.
