Protein Pancake Taco

For the Pancake:

1/2 scoop of banana protein powder
1 tsp of cacao powder
1 banana
1/4 cup of oats
1 tsp of baking powder
1 serving of vegan egg replacer

For the Filling:

1/3 cup of natural yoghurt
1 banana, chopped
1 handful of raspberries
1/3 cup of cookie crumble
1 tsp of bee pollen
1 protein bar, crushed
2 tbsp Mayver’s Probiotic Super Peanut Butter



  1. Combine ingredients for your pancake and fry on a non-stick pan.
  2. Add ingredients for the filling, fold over, and sprinkle the rest of the ingredients over the top!
