Peanut Butter Mocha Baked Oats

Ingredients

1/3 cup oats
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 banana
2 tsp cacao powder
2 tsp instant coffee
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp flax seeds (optional)

For the Centre:
1 tbsp Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter

For the Topping:
Chocolate chips
Banana slices

 

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients except the peanut butter in a blender until smooth.
  2. Spray an oven safe bowl with non-stick oil then fill with 2/3 of the oat batter.
  3. Drop one tablespoon of peanut butter in the centre of the mixture then cover with the remaining batter.
  4. Top with chocolate chips and banana slices.
  5. Bake at 360F/182C for 10-15 mins and enjoy!
