Peanut Butter Fudge
Time: 15 minutes | Serves: 4 - 6
3/4 cup Unsalted Peanut Butter
1/4 cup agave
1/4 cup coconut oil
250g of medjool dates
1 – Combine the Unsalted Peanut Butter, agave and coconut oil on the stove on low heat.
2 – Add the mixture to a food processor and then add the medjool dates. Process until a sticky mixture is formed.
3 – Press down the mixture to a lined baking tray, top it with some nuts and chocolate, and cool in the fridge for a couple hours.
