Peanut Butter Fudge Cups

2 large bananas, frozen
1 cup chocolate of choice, melted
120g Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter


  1. In a blender, combine the frozen bananas and process until smooth. Transfer into a medium sized mixing bowl.
  2. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in the microwave/ stove top, stopping every 30 seconds to stir (to prevent chocolate from burning).
  3. Add the chocolate to the banana and mix thoroughly with a spatula to combine.
  4. Using a teaspoon, transfer 1-2 tsp of mixture into a silicone mini muffin tin. This should fill the silicone case about ¾ full.
  5. Top the remainder with approximately 2tsp of peanut butter or until muffin case is full to the top.
  6. Freeze for 3-4 hours or until set.
  7. Remove from silicone case & enjoy!

*Store in freezer*
