Peanut Butter Fudge
Time: 20 minutes | Serves: 8
3/4 cup Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup (use sugar-free if keto and add 1-2 tbsp more if you like it really sweet)
For The Topping
3/4 cup melted chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
- Mix the peanut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup in a bowl.
- Add the mixture to a loaf pan, lined with parchment and freeze (you can also use silicone muffin trays)
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together, then pour over the peanut butter mixture and freeze to set.
Optional: these have double the PB layer to get them super thick
