Peanut Butter Fudge

3/4 cup Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup maple syrup (use sugar-free if keto and add 1-2 tbsp more if you like it really sweet)

For The Topping 

3/4 cup melted chocolate

1 tsp coconut oil


  1. Mix the peanut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup in a bowl.
  2. Add the mixture to a loaf pan, lined with parchment and freeze (you can also use silicone muffin trays)
  3. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together, then pour over the peanut butter mixture and freeze to set.

Optional: these have double the PB layer to get them super thick
