Peanut Butter Choc Ice Cream Bites

For the Base:

1 cup dates (soaked)

1/4 cup peanuts

1/4 cup protein powder

2 tbsp Mayver’s Omega-3 Super Peanut Butter


For the Choc Ice Cream:

150g chocolate

1/3 cup coconut cream

1 tbsp Mayver’s Omega-3 Super Peanut Butter



  1. Add base ingredients to food processor and blend until thick dough forms.
  2. Press firmly into a lined baking tray or moulds and put fridge to set.
  3. Make ice cream layer by melting chocolate and stirring through coconut cream and Mayver’s peanut butter.
  4. Pour over base and leave in freezer to set.
