Peanut Butter Brownie Slice

1 cup salted peanuts

3 tbsp white chia seeds

1/4 cup coconut flakes

1 tbsp vanilla protein powder

1 cup Medjool dates (softened in boiling water for 10 minutes)

1/4 cup Mayver’s Cacao Super Spread

1 tbsp cacao powder

Peanut Butter Caramel Layer 

1/2 cup plant milk

3/4 cup Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter 

5 tbsp liquid coconut oil

1/4 cup rice malt syrup

1 tbsp vanilla protein powder

Pinch of salt


  1. Blend all base ingredients in a food processor until well combined. Add more peanut butter to the base if it is not sticky enough.
  2. Line a slice tin with baking paper and press the base mixture firmly and evenly along the bottom of the tin.
  3. Blend all peanut caramel ingredients in a food processor and spread the peanut caramel layer on top of the base layer evenly. Place in the freezer for a minimum of 1 hour.
  4. Melt a desired amount of vegan dark chocolate and drizzle on top of the slice. cut into bite sized pieces and store in freezer.
