Peanut Butter Bran Shake
Time: 5mins | Serves: 2
1/2 cup apple juice, chilled
3 tablespoons bran cereal
1/3 cup Mayver’s Smooth Organic Peanut Butter
Cinnamon to taste
1 cup frozen vanilla yoghurt
Place apple juice and cereal in blender container. Allow to soften for 3 minutes.
Add peanut butter and cinnamon to apple juice mixture. Process for 45 seconds or until smooth. Add frozen yoghurt. Process until well-blended.
Pour into two tall glasses. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired.
