PB and Raspberry Protein Hearts

Ingredients

1/4 cup almond meal

1 cup teff flakes

For the mixture

1/2 cup GF plain flour

2 scoops Tutti-Fruity flavour protein

2 eggs

1 cup almond milk

1/2 tsp baking powder

+ 6 silicone heart moulds

For the topping

Mayver’s Crunchy Peanut Butter 

Freeze-dried raspberry powder

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200*C
  2. Combine all the mixture ingredients together well
  3. Add mixture to the silicone heart moulds
  4. Bake in until firm, then topped with Mayvers crunchy PB and raspberry powder – easy!
