Orange Sesame Noodle Salad
Time: 20 minutes | Serves: 2
For The Dressing:
The juice of 1-2 oranges (around 1/4 cup)
The juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp garlic infused olive oil
3 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp Mayver’s Crunchy Peanut Butter
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar (can sub white or apple cider vinegar)
1 tbsp maple syrup
For The Salad:
Rice noodles, prepared as per packet and chilled
Pre-prepared slaw mix
4 Kaffir lime leaves, thinly sliced
Fresh coriander/cilantro (mint or Thai basil would be fab too)
Sunfed chick’n, cooked with maple, sesame and soy
Topped with peanuts
- Add all the ingredients for the dressing to a high speed blender and process around 2mins, until combined and set aside.
- Combine your salad ingredients and toss the dressing through – serve and enjoy!
