Muesli Cookies

2 cup rolled oats
1 cup wholemeal plain flour
1 cup grated carrot
½ cup pepitas
½ cup currants
½ tsp bicarb soda
1/2 cup Mayver’s Hulled Tahini
½ cup maple syrup
2 tbsp water


  1. Preheat oven to 160°C.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add wet ingredients and mix until well combined. If a little dry, add 1-2 tbsp water.
  3. Gently press the dough into 15 equal balls and place them on a lined tray.
  4. Flatten slightly with fingers and cook for 20 minutes or until golden.
